How do I return an item?

Internet Purchases Marymount Manhattan College gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Credits may take up to 14 business days to process after we receive the items. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and Marymount Manhattan College does not cover the shipping on any returned item(s).

Final Sale Items All final sale items may not be returned or exchanged. An item is final sale if it is noted on the item product page.

Directions for Returning Items by Mail To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

1. Complete this form and include with your item(s) inside the box.

2. Repack the item(s) in its original packaging, if possible.

3. Mark your order number on the outside of the shipping container

4. Send via the carrier of your choice to:

We suggest using an insured, trackable shipping method, especially on more expensive items.

5.When your parcel arrives at the College's Return Department, we will process your item(s) for a refund of the price paid.

Please note the following:
  • Without your order number, we will not be able to process your return/exchange.
  • For your security, please return your item(s) with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Marymount Manhattan College is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
